Conference Pass (Required)
Includes all conference sessions Thursday through Sunday, plus the Welcome Celebration Mexican dinner on Thursday at 7:00 p.m., a CE‑5 night on Saturday and an Astronomy night on Thursday. This pass is required to participate in any of the conference activities or camp.

Camping – Car/Tent
30 ft × 30 ft campsite for up to two vehicles, a large tent and a shade structure. Available for multiple nights; guests can purchase up to two spaces per night.
Camping – RV/Trailer
80 ft × 20 ft RV/trailer spot for one large RV or trailer plus two vehicles and a shade structure. No power, water or sewer hookups are provided. Multiple nights available; up to two spaces per night can be purchased.
Dinner – 7 p.m. onsite at KFO
Onsite dinners at 7:00 p.m. with menu variations by night: Friday BBQ (no vegetarian option), Saturday Italian dinner with a vegetarian option and Sunday Mexican dinner with a vegetarian option.
Fireside Chat - Thursday
Intimate 1½‑hour conversation around the fire from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. for up to ten attendees. There are three options:

Little Star Rangers Day Camp
Full‑day camp (8:30 a.m.–5:05 p.m.) for children aged 3–12. Half day 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Includes crafts, children’s speakers and hands‑on activities led by multiple caregivers, with a lunch provided.
The Sky Experience with Nate & Lenaie Wood
Guided night‑sky tour on Friday, August 14 using professional‑grade night‑vision goggles and zero‑gravity chairs. Limit one session per person.
